The Bock 251 is Universal Audio’s flagship microphone: a large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone with the elegant and open sound of the classic ELAM 251, considered by many to be the best vocal microphone ever produced. All microphones are hand-built in California to world-famous microphone designer David Bock’s specifications.
With its German-made CK12 capsule and a larger transformer, the UA Bock 251 provides extended low-frequency response down to 10 Hz and higher SPL values compared to vintage 251 microphones.
