The UREI 1178 has long since become a coveted vintage unit.
The legendary stereo version of the 1176 was only in production for a short number of years and is therefore not as widely available as the 1176.
Due to the 1176 being notoriously difficult to stereo match, the 1178 provides much of the sound of the 1176, but with the possibility of proper (for the time) stereo match and usability on mix busses etc.
This specific unit has been reviewed and checked in all directions and edges so that it is functionally on top, the connections on the back have been reviewed and new connectors/snakes have been made in quality cable from Van Damme and of course with Neutrik connectors.
