Pro Tools Carbon Pre is an 8-channel preamp with the same transparent preamp design and 32-bit AD conversion as in the Carbon interface. Get all the inputs needed for large studio sessions or live recordings with many microphones. Each Carbon Pre expands your setup with 8 mic/line inputs and 8 line outputs plus two instrument inputs with variable impedance, 8 x line out, ADAT I/O and Wordclock. All preamp settings can be remotely controlled from Pro Tools with instant session recall. You can also use the Carbon Pre as a standalone preamp with other systems, and with Eucon support, the Carbon Pre integrates with Avid controllers.
