Click & Collect

Order your goods online and pick them up in our store in Copenhagen. As soon as you have finalised your order, we will pack your items and you will receive an email as soon as it is ready. We endeavour to have your order ready within 2 hours. It's quick and easy.

Note: You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection.

Here's how you do it:

• Find your items at cyberfarm.com
• Add items to basket
• Go to ”Checkout” and complete the rest of the checkout process as normal, entering your details
• Select Click & Collect (Copenhagen) as delivery
• You will be notified by email as soon as possible when your order is ready for collection - we endeavour to prepare the order within 2 hours, but no later than 24 hours after ordering

How do I cancel a Click & Collect?

If you have regretted your purchase and have not yet collected your goods, you can of course cancel your order. Simply send an email to weborder@cyberfarm.dk with your web order number. We will then take care of cancelling your order. And if you're running a little late and your order is ready for collection and the money has been deducted, we'll take care of that too. When we receive your cancellation email, we'll put your items back in place and you'll receive a full refund. Have you collected your order? If you have already collected your order and taken it home, you can still return it. Of course, the item must be in unbroken packaging and unused condition.
