Cyber Farm | Dolby Atmos Suite
At Cyber Farm we have a first-class Dolby Atmos studio, which is built completely by the book to provide the best possible listening experience in both traditional stereo and multi-channel atmos.
A bit about the room?
The room is “floating”, built on a frame that rests on rubber feet, so that there is no direct contact with the rest of the building. It mainly helps to keep the neighbors happy.
The room is built in a hard-to-soft configuration. All walls, except the speaker wall and the floor, are soft. This is to avoid standing waves and other acoustic challenges.
All this to give the speakers the optimal conditions.
What does our Atmos system consist of?
- 3 x Ex Machina Pulsar, 8 x Ex Machina Titan, 4 x SVS 12” subs.
- Monitor control and room correction: Trinnov D-mon
- Dolby atmos decode / headphones : Smyth Realiser A16
- Stereo: Universal audio Apollo x16 + 2400audio empire.
- Daw: Apple MacMini m2pro with Pro Tools Ultimate, Steinberg Nuendo, Logic, Studio One and Luna.
- Plugins: all the important stuff etc.
Dolby Atmos for music?

Try listening to different types of speakers to understand how they affect the sound experience. What does Atmos entail and how do you get started working with it? Understanding Room Correction is also important – how can it help you deliver better mixes? What does acoustics and speaker placement mean, and why is it so crucial in a sound studio? How do mastering, metering, loudness, storage, Dante and all the other technical elements play into the overall production? And what is a Smyth Realiser and how can it be used in working with sound?
You can come and have a chat about all that and much more.
