Can only be used if you have a perpetual licence of Pro Tools Ultimate or an older Pro Tools HD version 9-12 (cannot be used with subscriptions or non-Ultimate/HD versions). It is a prerequisite that the licence being upgraded from is on your iLok account/USB iLok.
