Sibelius Artist perpetual renewal

Extends an existing Sibelius Artist (formerly “Sibelius”) upgrade and support plan by 12 months and must be activated no later than 30 days after the expiry of the current upgrade plan. Only usable for perpetual license. Delivered as an activation code by email,
