Terms and conditions for goods and services
These terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Cyber Farm ApS, unless there are other written agreements between the buyer and Cyber Farm ApS.

Payment options
Cyber Farm ApS offers online ordering of goods. The payment method is either Dankort, Visa or credit card, Mastercard, Maestro, Viabill, Mobilepay or EAN payment (Public institutions). No fee is charged when paying with privately owned credit cards issued in Denmark or other EU countries, plus Norway and Iceland. When paying with Danish-issued corporate cards Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron, 1.45 % is added to the transaction amount. When paying with company cards issued in the EU plus Norway and Iceland and when paying with all credit cards issued outside the EU plus Norway and Iceland, 2.95% is added to the transaction amount.
Prices are in DDK and include DDK VAT.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately, and the money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we debit the amount when we dispatch the goods, or
2) until the funds are released as agreed with your card issuer.
When paying by credit card or Dankort, the amount will not be deducted from your account until the day the item is dispatched. If an ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted by Cyber Farm.
Return - right of cancellation
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop online at Cyber Farm's webshop. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your product or we have entered into an agreement for a service.
If you regret your purchase, you must contact us before the deadline. You can do this by following guide here.
As a rule, we do not provide a right of return for physical trade unless otherwise agreed at the conclusion of the transaction and stated on the invoice.
It is also possible (by appointment) to deliver returned goods to the address yourself during the store's opening hours. Remember to bring the enclosed invoice.
Services and benefits
If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your explicit prior consent for delivery to begin and for the deadline to end when the service is fully delivered.
In practice, this means that your cancellation period expires when the service is fully delivered.
This means that you retain your right of cancellation while the work or delivery is in progress.
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please note that we will charge a reasonable fee for the work already delivered.
Products
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
In the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us.
Return of goods:
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use our cancellation form by Click here or use the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods unless you send us proof of return.
You must pay for the return of the parcel yourself and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
Returns can be made by sending the item back to our main warehouse. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. We offer our customers to purchase return shipping via our webshop: Buy return freight here
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this could possibly result in a loss of value of the item.
Please note that we do not accept parcels sent COD or shipments that need to be picked up at the post office.
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium if a) the delivery of the digital content is not against payment or b) the performance has commenced with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you hereby lose your right of cancellation when we have provided confirmation on a durable medium.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we have received your notice of cancellation.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Specific to services
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please note that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered.
Costs may include spare parts and other materials needed to perform the work, labour time spent on troubleshooting, repair or installation, and freight costs for shipping to and from subcontractors.
Special for goods
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned them.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel any part of your purchase.
Freight
We offer free shipping on purchases of minimum DKK 1,100 to addresses in Denmark. Please note, however, that some exceptions apply to particularly large or heavy items, such as larger speaker systems, studio furniture and the like. Any surcharges for shipping on these items will be stated at the time of purchase.
You can choose between delivery to the nearest GLS parcel shop or GLS private delivery or business delivery. For purchases under DKK 1,100, the shipping price is DKK 60 for delivery to a parcel shop and DKK 75 for private or business delivery.
Shipping takes place within 1-3 business days.
The standard price for shipping is only valid for shipments to addresses in Denmark. For shipments to other countries (including the Nordic countries, the Faroe Islands and Greenland), an additional freight quote can be requested and must be settled before the item is shipped. The standard price for shipping to most countries in Europe is DKK 250.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to the purchase of goods, but not services. This means that you generally do not have a 2-year warranty on services.

On the other hand, you have a 24-month warranty on purchases. Contact us before you send the item. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses if the fault is due to circumstances caused by the buyer, including incorrect setup of software, accidents or misuse of goods, incorrect use of these or lack of maintenance.

Access to justice

In order to make a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,220 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address. For business customers and public institutions, we also ask for a CVR number and EAN number if applicable.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered with Cyber Farm Aps and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also co-operate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

You have the right to know what data we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it.
