Can only be used if you have a perpetual “perpetual” license of Pro Tools Studio or an older Pro Tools version 9-12 (cannot be used with subscriptions or Ultimate/HD versions). It is a prerequisite that the license being upgraded from is on your iLok account/USB iLok.
